Toff plus capsules area combination of:  paracetamol, a pain killer which also relieves fever; chlorpheniramine,an antihistamine  that helps to control allergic symptoms;  dextromethorphan, an antitussive that helps to relieve cough and phenylephrine, a decongestant that relieves blocked noses.

Toff Plus capsules are recommended for common colds, fevers associated with common colds, allergic rhinitis, nasal rhinorrhoea, sneezing, nasal/sinus congestion and post nasal drips, etc . Toff plus capsules may cause drowsiness hence caution should be exercised while driving or for tasks requiring mental alertness.
