- Acne (in combination with other drugs)
- Wound infections and cellulitis

4. **Sexually transmitted infections**
- Chlamydia (azithromycin is often the first choice)
- Gonorrhea (in combination with other antibiotics)

5. **Urinary and genital tract infections**
- Urethritis, cervicitis
